ICSI holds the CS Executive exam twice a year, in June and December. The December 2026 session runs from December 21 to 28, with papers split into two groups on alternate days. Group 1 covers jurisprudence, company law, business and labour laws and corporate accounting, while Group 2 covers capital markets, economic and commercial laws, tax and financial management.
Many CS students are also doing a B.Com, a law degree or CA, so prep fits around other exams. Teaching runs through online classes, recorded lectures and ICSI study material, with Telegram groups sharing amendment notes, question papers and suggested answers.
